If you do not have one please contact us on 02 8765 9300 or email us to find a trainer in your local area. B) Results take up to 3 weeks from the date of receiving samples. Please contact head office for enquiries. C) information and examples within results are guidelines to be used in conjunction with a supervised fitness or nutrtonal program. D) All DNA is destroyed at time of analysis. Further or repeat testing requires a new sample to be provided to Excelgene's laboratory. E) Each customer DNA kit comes complete with instructions. Failure to comply with instructions may result in poor or inadequate sample collection. Administrative fees may apply with replacement kits to repeat the test. F) Excelgene results are sent via post to the address as directed by the owner of the sample. Whilst every effort to delivery timely results, Excelgene is not responsible for delays in the postal service. Electronic results are available via written request.
